My Beautiful Kids on Fripp Island

Some of the pictures of the kids...

Fripp Island-The Park

There was also a park...what more do you need! Apparently I never took Kyler to the park, or if I did I never had my camera!

Kinlee loved the park!

Titanic anyone...

Isabelle, Kinlee and Journee on the tire swing.

Captain John Fripp's boat!!

Fripp Island-The View

There were many amazing views from the week...here are a few. Boy...I miss it!

Pulling onto the island.

Walking from the room.

Sand dunes, and turtle nests as you first walk onto the beach.

Crossing the drawbridge to the island.

The ocean view from the kiddie pool.

This is how the beach looked all the time. The tide was annoying, but then again I can deal with anything if I'm near the ocean.

Fripp Island-The Wildlife

The wildlife on the island is unreal. We saw crabs, deer, alligators, baby sharks, and plenty of birds. The deer will just walk right up to your golf cart for you to pet or feed. KC saw 4 alligators while golfing. The kids enjoy going on alligator hunts (probably wasn't the smartest thing to do).

Jayden and Cory getting their fishing poles ready to try and catch sharks.

Feeding the birds...

Good thing this wasn't my golf cart!!

Kyler would scream every time he saw a deer!

Once you fed one bird there were a ton to follow!

Fripp Island-The Pools

There were 10 different pools on the island. The kiddie pool was a hit, since it had a big green frog slide in the middle of it. My favorite was the nice quiet adult pool!!!

Cousins: Grace, Kinlee and Journee.

Kyler started jumping off the side of the pool. You better be ready, cause as soon as he gets up there he jumps. No counting for him.

Jessica, Journee, and Kinlee walking under the misting tunnels at the kiddie pool.

Kinlee swimming away!

Fripp Island-The Ocean

Every other summer my mom's side of the family takes a trip to Destin. We have been doing this for 12 years. With the oil leak in the gulf we were forced to find a new spot. We ended up on Fripp Island in South Carolina. We a a great time! Who knows this may be our new vacation spot! The beach was great. There was never a crowd, so the kids enjoyed all the room. As did the adults, as we got caught up in many wiffle ball games. I look forward every two years to this trip, and spending time together as a family.

Kyler relaxing in the chair.

Kinlee running in from the waves.

The girls with my grandmother.

Kyler would throw a ball into the water and wait for the ocean to bring it back in!!

Grace, Isabelle, Kinlee and Journee. They were buds all week.

Our little mermaids!

Kyler playing in the sand.

Kyler wandering on the beach. The beach wasn't crowded as you can see in this picture, which was sooooo great!

Go Seymour Sluggers!

On 4th of July we went to watch Jayden, our nephew, play baseball. It was smokin' hot, but it was great to get to see him play. He did a great job and they won 17-6. The ended up finishing second in the tournament. Way to go Jayden! We are proud of you.

Do I look like my dad? KC and Kyler taking in the action from the fence.

On third after hitting a triple.

Jayden coming up to bat.

#22 is a good looking right fielder.
